MACHINING
With up to 9 axis machining and multiple workstations we can make sense of even the most complex jobs without sacrificing efficiency. What used to be several operations is now completed all at once which saves time and money. Whether prototyping or mass producing, our proven production workflow method will compound your savings even further.
INSPECTION
Accuracy is second only to safety in our business and we take pride in assuring that every part has passed our rigorous dimensional and visual inspection before it is approved for packaging. We also offer 1st article and in process documented inspection upon request.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
At Solutions we know that each step of our process is just as important as the rest. Once time and material has been spent on a job, ensuring proper handling and delivery is essential to job completion. We not only clean and deburr your parts but will also securely package and ship your finished product anywhere UPS delivers. For our local Denver customers, on site pick up and in some cases even delivery is available!
